3. Scope of Services

SOHOON Technologies provides specialized software solutions, particularly in GoHighLevel services, including:

  • Virtual assistant (VA) support

  • API integrations and custom scripts

  • GHL widgets and dashboard interface customizations

  • White-label SaaS support packages

  • Access to unbranded video and article knowledge bases.

4. Client Obligations

  • Provide clear, accurate instructions and information required for service delivery.

  • Acknowledge that our VAs are strategic partners—not employees; scope and direction are based on your input.

  • Promptly review and approve deliverables or provide revisions.

5. Payment & Pricing

  • Service fees are determined by scope and submitted via order form or invoice.

  • Payment is due per terms specified (e.g., upfront, milestone-based).

  • Additional charges may apply for extra revisions, rush jobs, or scope changes.

  • Late payments may result in work suspension until resolved.

6. Delivery & Revisions

  • Estimated completion timelines will be communicated.

  • One round of standard revisions is included; further revisions may incur extra charges.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Client-provided materials remain yours. You grant SOHOON Technologies permission to use them solely for service fulfillment.

  • Deliverables are your property upon full payment, except any pre-existing materials or third-party components.

  • SOHOON Technologies retains rights to its pre-developed tools, frameworks, scripts, or training content used across clients.

8. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties.

  • Exceptions apply for legal requirements.

9. Warranty & Disclaimer

  • Services are delivered in a professional manner but are provided “as is.”

  • SOHOON Technologies disclaims all warranties—express or implied (including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).

10. Limitation of Liability

  • SOHOON Technologies total liability is capped at the amount paid by you for the relevant service.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits) arising from use of the Site or Services.

11. Termination

  • Either party may terminate services for cause (e.g., breach) upon written notice.

  • Termination does not relieve Client’s obligation to pay for completed or in-progress work.

12. Changes to Terms

  • SOHOON Technologies may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated 30 days before effect.

  • Continued use after updates implies acceptance.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
